This is a 0-to-1 project featured in Zeplin product launch in January 2021. As a lead designer on a team of 10, I synthesized the findings from usability testings and delivered the new Notification experience a neatly structured interface.
The new experience tears down the "wall of notifications" with 95% feature adoption rate, and +13% Notification usage.

This is a series of automated workflow on QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app helping freelancers sort business expenses more quickly ⚡️⚡️⚡️ in order to get more tax deductions 💸💸💸.
As the visual design lead on a team of 5, I worked closely with our growth PM, Interaction Designer, Content Designer, and Data Analyst. We improved the transaction sorting experience with lots of quick wins from January to July 2019, including +120% increase in transactions sorted by Rules.

This is a 0-to-1 project launched in October 2021. We improved Zeplin’s Storybook integration and Highlight components to help developers identify reusable design components at a glance.
As a lead designer partnered with 1 PM, 1 Engineering Lead, 2 front-end Engineers, 1 Director of Product Marketing, I created a component match-making experience from scratch.

Aside from designing for productivity, I create quirky illustrations and operate an Instagram account named @four_chars, spreading the whimsical thoughts inspired by Chinese language, worldwide. Neocha Magazine found me one day and we had a conversation.
